Security

Security is our highest priority. That is why we follow established standards and introduce several ways to optimally protect your account and your data.

On this page, you will find all relevant topics around secure login and access protection, from Single Sign-On (SSO) and two-factor authentication (2FA) to modern solutions such as passkeys.

Because security is a central topic, you can contact our support team at any time with questions or uncertainties: [email protected]. We are happy to help.

What is SSO?

Single Sign-On (SSO) is a login method where you only need to log in once with your company credentials to access different applications and services.

For you, this means fewer passwords to remember, more security, and faster access to all important systems.

Logging in with Single Sign-On (SSO)

With Single Sign-On (SSO), you can easily log in with your existing company credentials without having to manage an additional password for our platform.

If you would like to enable SSO for your organization, please contact [email protected].

Logging in with two-factor authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds extra protection to your account by requiring a second security factor in addition to your password. This ensures that only you can access your account, even if your password falls into the wrong hands.

What is 2FA?

Two-factor authentication combines two independent proofs of your identity:

  1. Something you know, such as your password.
  2. Something you have, such as your smartphone or an authenticator app.

Access is granted only when both factors are combined.

How it works

  • You log in as usual with your username and password.
  • You are then asked to enter a one-time security code that you receive via app, SMS, or email.
  • Only then do you get access to your account.

What are passkeys?

Passkeys are a modern, secure alternative to passwords. They are based on cryptographic key pairs stored on your device.

  • The private key remains secure on your device.
  • The public key is stored with us to verify you when you log in.

This rules out phishing attacks and password theft because there is no classic password that can be intercepted or guessed.
