Agreements

Sign legal documents directly in Logicc

Under Settings > Agreements, you will find all relevant legal documents for your organization in one place. Contracts such as the DPA or the Section 203 StGB agreement can be viewed and signed directly there.

What can you find under Agreements?

The page is divided into three areas:

Data protection

  • Data Processing Agreement (DPA) - basis for GDPR-compliant use of Logicc. It can be signed optionally. The DPA was already accepted when the organization was created.
  • Privacy Policy - describes how Logicc collects, processes, and protects personal data.

Legal

  • Terms and Conditions / Terms of Use - the general terms of use for the Logicc platform.

Professional secrecy protection

  • Section 203 StGB - Germany - for professional secrecy holders under German law, such as lawyers, doctors, and tax advisors
  • Section 121 StGB - Austria - for professional secrecy holders under Austrian law
  • Art. 321 StGB - Switzerland - for professional secrecy holders under Swiss law

Sign a document

  1. Go to Settings > Agreements
  2. Click Sign next to the desired document
  3. You will be redirected to sign
  4. The document will then be countersigned by us
  5. Once the signature from us (Logicc) is available, you can download the document

Who needs to sign what?

The DPA is mandatory for all organizations and is the basis for GDPR-compliant use of Logicc.

The Section 203 StGB agreement is relevant for organizations in which professional secrecy holders work, such as law firms, medical practices, tax consultancies, and similar professional groups. It ensures that the use of Logicc is compatible with statutory confidentiality obligations.

Note: Only organization admins can sign documents on behalf of the organization.

Available models for professional secrecy holders

Companies that conclude an agreement with us under Section 203 StGB (Germany), Section 121 StGB (Austria), or Art. 321 StGB (Switzerland) can no longer access all models we offer afterward, because some of the models are sourced from hosters that are not included in this agreement; however, most models remain available even with such an agreement.
