Where and how is your data processed at Logicc?

The security and sovereignty of your data are our highest priority at Logicc. We rely on maximum transparency and European standards to protect your information at all times.

Storage of your core data - exclusively in Germany

All your data, including uploaded documents, chat histories, and account information, is always stored with strong encryption on servers in Germany. We rely on the certified and highly secure data centers of our partner Hetzner in Nuremberg and Falkenstein. End-to-end encryption at rest and in transit keeps your data protected at all times.

Processing by AI models - secure and transparent in Europe

When you send a request to an AI model, we transmit it through a secure interface (API) to the provider you selected. The actual processing and generation of the answer takes place exclusively on servers within Europe.

• OpenAI models, such as ChatGPT, are processed via Microsoft Azure in Sweden.
• Google and Anthropic models, such as Gemini and Claude, are processed via Google Cloud Platform in Germany and Belgium.

The decisive point for your security is our contractually agreed "Zero Data Retention" policy with all providers. This policy ensures that your submitted data is neither stored permanently nor used to train AI models. As soon as the response has been generated and returned to you, the request data is discarded by the provider.

You retain full control over your data

We give you the tools to retain sovereignty over your information:

• Manual deletion: You can independently and irreversibly delete individual documents or entire chat histories from your account at any time.
• Deletion at the end of the contract: If you decide to stop using Logicc, all your data for which there is no statutory retention obligation will be completely and permanently removed from our systems.

• European compute: All model calculations take place exclusively on servers in Europe
• No reuse of your data: Your inputs are not used to train the models
• GDPR-compliant: Full compliance with European data protection regulations
