Assistants and entries from the prompt library can be shared with individual people or entire groups, no longer only with the entire organization. This way, every team gets exactly the tools it needs.
Under General access, you can also control who generally has access:
Tip: Use groups instead of individual people if you want to share an assistant with an entire department. New group members then receive access automatically.
Sharing works just like with assistants: Open the respective prompt library entry, click Share, and grant access to people or groups.

| Owner | Creator of the assistant or prompt - has full access and can share |
| User | Can use the assistant or prompt, but cannot edit it |
| Editor | Can use, edit, and share the assistant or prompt. |
