Personalization

Understanding personalization in Logicc

Logicc offers two levels of personalization: company context (editable only by admins, affects all users) and personal instructions (for all users). Both help the AI models generate better and more relevant answers tailored to your company and your individual way of working.

What is personalization and why should I use it?

Logicc's personalization features allow you to give the AI models important context about your company and your way of working. Instead of having to explain this information again in every conversation, it is automatically considered in every request and every chat.

Benefits of personalization:

More relevant answers: The AI understands your company context and can provide answers that are directly aligned with your industry, products, and way of working.

Time savings: No repeated explanation of basics - the AI already knows the most important information about your company and preferences.

Consistent communication: Company-wide stored information keeps tone, terminology, and workflows consistent.

Better results: The more relevant context the AI has, the more precise and useful the generated content becomes, whether for emails, analyses, code, or creative tasks.

When should I use personalization?

Personalization is especially valuable if you:

  • Regularly ask industry-specific or company-relevant questions
  • Use AI to create content that requires a specific communication style
  • Want the AI to understand your internal terms and processes
  • Want to save time by storing recurring context information only once

Company context (editable only by admins)

Company context allows administrators to centrally store important information about the company. This information affects all users in the organization and is automatically considered in their conversations to improve the generated answers from the AI models.

Important: Only administrators can edit company context. All other members of the organization benefit from this information but cannot change it.

Accessing company context (admins only):

  1. Open Settings
  2. Navigate to Organization > Company context
  3. Enter the relevant company information in the "Custom instructions" text field

What should company context contain?

Good context can include information such as:

  • Industry and company size
  • Product information
  • Communication style
  • Internal terminology and terms
  • Preferred workflows or methods

Example:

"We are an AI startup based in Hamburg and help our customers solve problems in their everyday work by using the latest AI technology. Our product..."

Character limit: 10,000 characters

Personal instructions (for all users)

Every user can store individual instructions in their personal settings, which the AI models consider in addition to the company context. These instructions are visible and effective only for the respective user.

Accessing personal instructions:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Navigate to Personal > Personalization
  3. Scroll to "Custom instructions"

Available fields:

Name:
Enter your name so the AI can address you correctly if needed.

Job description:
Describe your role or position, such as "lawyer", "marketing manager", or "product designer".

Personal preferences:
Here you can describe specific preferences, preferred ways of working, communication styles, or frequently used terms and concepts.

Example:

"Use this checklist when writing emails to my clients:

  • Professional but friendly tone
  • Precise wording, no unnecessary abbreviations
  • References to laws where possible"

Character limit: 30,000 characters

Choosing the right feature

Use company context (admin rights required) to:

  • Store company-wide information relevant to all team members
  • Ensure consistency in communication across all accounts
  • Share product-specific or industry-specific information

Use personal instructions to:

  • Define your individual work preferences
  • Specify role-specific requirements
  • Describe your preferred communication style

Both features can be used independently or in combination to create the best possible and most personalized AI experience. Company context provides the foundation for all members, while personal instructions add individual customization.
