Upload files

You can upload files to Logicc to summarize, review, rewrite, or create new documents from their content.

Upload a file in chat

  1. Open a chat.

  2. Drag and drop the file into the chat window or click the paperclip icon in the chat box.

  3. Wait until the file appears in the chat.

  4. Describe as clearly as possible what Logicc should do with the file.

Useful prompts include:

  • Summarize this document in five bullet points.
  • Check whether this file contains information about termination periods.
  • Create a customer email based on this document.
  • List the relevant passages with page or section references.

Suitable files

Logicc processes uploaded files differently depending on the file type. Documents, scans, and images are evaluated with text recognition. Audio files are transcribed so you can work with the spoken content in chat.

Good examples include:

  • PDFs
  • Word documents
  • spreadsheets
  • scans with readable image quality
  • documents with embedded images
  • audio files such as WAV, MP3, or M4A

Some files can be more difficult:

  • damaged files
  • password-protected files
  • very large documents
  • complex tables
  • heavily formatted files
  • scans or photos with poor image quality
  • audio files with very poor recording quality or a lot of background noise

Use audio files

In general, all common audio files should work for transcription as long as they are recognized as audio files. This includes WAV files (.wav) and other common audio formats.

You can then ask, for example:

  • Summarize this recording.
  • Extract the most important tasks from the conversation.
  • Create meeting notes with decisions and open points.

Very large audio files may take longer to process. If an audio file is not recognized, check the file type or contact support with the file format and error message.

If a file does not work as expected

Briefly describe in chat what you need from the file. If the result is still not right, contact support and include the file type, a short description of the file, and a screenshot or error message if available.
