Change plan

You can view your current plan, scheduled plan changes, and invoices in your billing settings:

Check your current plan

In Your plan, you can see:

  1. your current plan

  2. your billing period

  3. your next renewal

  4. any scheduled upcoming plan

  5. your previous invoices

You can download invoices from the invoice list via the download icon.

Change your plan

Click Upgrade plan in your billing settings or open:

https://app.logicc.com/explore-plans

There you can compare available plans and choose the plan that fits your organization. If available, you can switch between monthly and yearly billing.

Then select Change plan on the plan you want.

If a change becomes active later, you will see it in your billing settings under Upcoming plan.

Correct the wrong plan

If you accidentally selected the wrong plan or a change is not shown as expected, contact support.

Please include:

  • the email address of your Logicc account
  • the name of your organization
  • the plan currently booked
  • the plan you wanted
  • the invoice ID, if available

Do not create a new account in this case. This helps us review the existing organization properly.
