If you get stuck in Logicc, contact our support directly from the app or through the help center.

What helps us

The more specific your message is, the faster we can help. Please include:

  • the email address of your Logicc account
  • the name of your organization
  • the link or name of the affected chat, assistant, or article
  • a short description of what you expected and what actually happened
  • a screenshot or the exact error message
  • the time when the issue occurred

For files or documents

If your request is about a file, include the file type and briefly describe what you wanted to do with it. Do not upload confidential files again if they are not needed for the first review.

For billing or plan questions

If your request is about an invoice, payment, or plan change, also include the invoice ID or the plan currently booked.
